Wise is seeking a Director of Regional Marketing (APAC) to lead the regional strategy for Asia and Pacific, driving execution across markets and managing a team of Regional Marketing Leads. Reporting to the CMO in London, you will shape regional marketing from the ground up and build a high-performing team to accelerate growth in a leading fintech company.

• Extensive experience in growth/marketing roles with regional leadership responsibilities.
• Strong regional/local marketing strategy experience, fintech/tech preferred.
• Able to turn complex products into simple customer propositions.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and local market dynamics.
