Wise is hiring a Director of Regional Marketing (APAC) to lead the regional marketing strategy for Asia-Pacific, including Japan, Singapore, and Australia. You will manage a team of Regional Marketing Leads and partner with central teams to ensure locally relevant campaigns that accelerate growth across markets.

You will report to the CMO in London and shape Wise’s regional marketing from the ground up, building a high-performing team in one of fintech’s most innovative spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Define and oversee Wise’s regional marketing strategy across the APAC region.
• Hire, manage and support a team of Regional Marketing Leads.
• Build a team to activate channels with learning agendas and metrics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the APAC marketing team.
• Foster a bias to action and unblock execution.
• Develop local market strategies including audience, messaging and KPIs.
• Create a regional growth playbook aligned with compliance and regulations.
• Own and optimise regional marketing budgets and allocations.
• Bridge central and regional teams to streamline decisions.
• Collaborate with Product to align marketing with roadmaps and insights.
• Advocate for regional needs within marketing and report to senior leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with local agencies and partners.
• Develop customer insights through direct feedback with Insights teams.
