Job summary

Acclime is a leading pan-Asian professional services firm seeking a Group Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape reward frameworks across APAC markets. The role is hands-on, reporting to the Group Head of People & Culture, and requires coordinating with local teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will design job levelling, salary ranges, incentive structures, and analytics to drive equity, retention, and growth as Acclime scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits or related HR consulting roles across APAC.
• Experience designing compensation, benefits, salary structures and job architecture.
• Strong knowledge of reward practices and market benchmarking across Asia-Pacific.
• Experience working in a regional or multinational matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain group-wide job levelling and titling.
• Develop salary range structures aligned to levels and market positioning.
• Lead market benchmarking and translate data into practical ranges.
• Design and govern short-term incentives and long-term incentive plans.
• Support M&A integration with reward and job architecture alignment.
