Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct & distribution life sciences sales experience across APAC region.
• Prospecting mindset with proven territory planning and closing skills.
• Experience selling to academic, biotech, and pharma customers; engaging scientists and procurement teams.
• Proficiency in CRM and AI tools for sales operations and reporting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for scientific demos and seminars.
• Ability to excel in a high-growth, changing environment.
• 50%+ travel required within APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across direct and distributor channels by country.
• Identify and prioritize new market entry or expansion opportunities within APAC.
• Represent APAC regional needs to shape global strategy and product development.
• Onboard and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and channel partners across APAC.
• Negotiate and manage distribution agreements, pricing, and performance targets with global teams.
• Monitor distributor performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Ensure regulatory, customs, and import/export compliance for product distribution in each market.
• Maintain CRM integration with distributor funnel for predictable business.
