LSEG is seeking an energetic Senior Associate to join the FX Operations Support team in Singapore. You will provide technical and functional support for trading applications and infrastructure, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to deepen knowledge of financial markets and trading workflows while supporting clients across APAC.

Formación

• Experience in a client-facing, customer support, or financial services environment is advantageous.
• Interest in financial markets, trading technology, and electronic trading workflows.
• Ability to investigate problems logically and provide practical solutions.
• Willingness to collaborate across technology, product, support, and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely resolution.
• Document client enquiries, investigations, and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Guide clients through system functionality and trading workflows.
• Identify critical issues with potential P&L or operational risk and escalate as needed.
• Develop understanding of financial markets and trading workflows.
• Contribute to knowledge management by documenting solutions and best practices.
