Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate to join FX Operations Support in APAC. You will provide technical and functional assistance for our trading applications and infrastructure, collaborating with clients, product managers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience in Singapore and across the region.

The role requires strong communication in Japanese, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing or fast-paced support environments.
• Interest in financial markets and trading technology.
• Exposure to FIX/SWIFT is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues logically.
• Collaborative across technology, product, support and external partners.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to develop technical knowledge.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and partners.
• Document client inquiries and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Guide clients through system functionality and workflows.
• Identify critical issues impacting P&L or operations.
• Develop knowledge of financial markets and trading workflows.
• Share solutions and best practices with the team.
