Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Support / Operations / Middle Office roles in Financial Services.
• Baseline knowledge of trading services, specifically order execution and trade settlement.

Responsibilities

• Support trade orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless flow to back-office systems.
• Develop knowledge of market products to understand each deal and contribute to platform optimization.
• Apply automation technologies to support trade processing, including settlements, P&L, and confirmations.
• Participate in change management initiatives to minimize disruption and enable successful transitions.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes via data analysis and propose improvements.
