London Stock Exchange Group is seeking an experienced Senior Associate for FX Operations Support in the APAC region, based in Singapore. You will provide technical and functional support for trading applications and infrastructure, collaborating with clients, product managers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong problem-solving, curiosity, and a commitment to client success in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in client-facing, customer or technical support environments is advantageous.
• Interest in financial markets, trading technology and electronic trading workflows is beneficial.
• Ability to investigate problems logically and work toward practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Document client enquiries and resolutions in Salesforce CRM.
• Guide clients through system functionality and workflows to maximize platform use.
• Identify and escalate issues that may pose P&L, operational or franchise risk.
• Develop knowledge of financial markets and trading workflows.
