REFINITIV ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic FX Operations Support professional to provide technical and functional assistance for trading applications across the APAC region.

You will work with clients, internal teams and product managers to deliver a seamless client experience and reliable platform performance. The role emphasizes problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including client enquiries, issue investigation, documentation in Salesforce, guiding users

Formación

• Experience in a client-facing, customer support, technical support, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environment is advantageous.
• Interest in financial markets, trading technology, and electronic trading workflows is desirable.
• Exposure to trade lifecycle, FIX, SWIFT, or similar financial technologies is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, providing high-quality technical and functional support via phone and email.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolution.
• Accurately document client enquiries, investigation progress, and resolutions in Salesforce CRM.
• Guide clients through system functionality and workflows to help them make effective use of the platform.
• Identify and escalation critical issues that may present potential P&L, operational, or franchise risk.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and trading workflows.
• Contribute to knowledge management by documenting solutions and sharing insights and best practices with the wider team.
