APAC FP&A Manager: Financial Planning & Reporting Lead

Job summary

Pernod Ricard in Singapore is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial reporting for the APAC Management Entity. You will monitor monthly closings, forecasts and performance, coordinating with HQ on guidelines and deadlines.

You will partner with affiliates across Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the Pacific, develop automated analyses and dashboards (PowerBI/Excel), and support the APAC Management Committee with analyses and presentations for QBRs and HQ meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Strong knowledge in Excel application.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).
• Strong organization skills, ability to manage and organize effectively.
• Ability to anticipate and keen foresight on things.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the monthly closing and forecast processes (P/L and cash).
• Follow up performance on a monthly basis vs the Mandate and HQ requirements.
• Challenging the Rolling Forecast and R&O; provide analysis to HQ.
• Coordinate APAC FP&A activities across Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Pacific.
• Develop automated analyses and dashboards (PowerBI, Excel) for the APAC performance review.
