Job summary

Pernod Ricard is expanding its APAC FP&A team to oversee financial reporting for the Management Entity APAC and support the APAC Management Committee with insightful analysis and HQ communications.

The role covers monitoring monthly closings, forecasts, and P/L and cash performance across markets (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Pacific), while driving standardized templates and automated analyses to streamline presentations for HQ meetings and monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Strong knowledge in Excel application.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the monthly closing and forecast processes (P/L and cash).
• Follow up the performance on a monthly basis versus the Mandate.
• Challenge the Rolling Forecast and R&O.
• Monitor the landing for P/L and cash, based on HQ requirements.
• Relay of the HQ on guidelines and monitor deadline respects.
• Volumes under allocation: monitoring RF vs Allocation.
• Deep understanding of the business of the markets and share best practices across APAC.
• Provide strong support to the APAC Management Committee with financial tools for decision making.
• Identify business risks and opportunities in liaison with affiliates.
• Support the APAC Business Development Director in Growth Equation exercise for APAC markets.
• Handle, keep up to date and share the APAC calendar of meetings and presentations.
• Develop templates for meetings and for QBR, and create automated analysis (PowerBI, Excel).
• Coordinate APAC presentations vis a vis HQ: Quarterly Business Review, ELT meetings, Ad'hoc ME meetings with HQ.
• Develop automated APAC dashboards' deck for monthly performance follow up.
