Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an FP&A professional to support the Country CFO and oversee financial planning across Singapore and SEA. You will help track performance against the approved budget, contribute to forecasting, and assist with finance system rollouts across APAC, with emphasis on Singapore.

The role involves preparing MI reports, variance analysis, and collaboration with regional finance teams to deliver accurate insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting or finance/controlling.
• Experience with financial forecasting, MI reports and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities to ensure data integrity for Singapore and SEA.
• Track performance against budget from coverage and product perspectives.
• Assist in rolling out finance systems across APAC locations, focusing on Singapore.
• Prepare and submit MI reports for SEA, including EXCO/ALCO packs.
• Provide meaningful financial insight and variance analysis for SEA performance.
