Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) seeks an FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will consolidate rolling forecasts and analyze variances to guide strategic decisions across APAC units.

The role requires 3–4 years in FP&A, strong SAP/Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder management. Contract role in Singapore, with close collaboration across functions and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of FP&A, budgeting or business controlling experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel; good PowerPoint and Word knowledge.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
• MNC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business controlling activities.
• Prepare and consolidate rolling forecasts for inventory and Net Working Capital (NWC).
• Analyse forecast movements, actual performance, key drivers, variances and financial risks.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports and management reporting packs.
• Support Business Units in tracking and achieving financial KPIs.
• Coordinate financial planning submissions and reporting through TAMIS.
• Consolidate annual planning templates and financial information for central team.
