Job summary

Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to monitor and coordinate financial reporting for the APAC Management Entity, supporting the APAC Management Committee with HQ communications, analyses and presentations.

Reporting to the FP&A Director APAC, you will drive monthly closes, forecasts, and rolling forecast, monitor P/L and cash, develop dashboards (Power BI) and templates, and hand over finance transformation initiatives across Asia, including EPM/MDM.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor affiliates scope: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Pacific.
• Drive financial reporting within markets and monitor performance.
• Monitor monthly closing and forecast processes (P/L and cash).
• Follow up performance vs Mandate on a monthly basis.
• Challenge rolling forecast and R&O; monitor P/L and cash landing per HQ.
• Share best practices on financial processes across APAC.
