APAC Regional Finance Analyst: FP&A & Reporting

Job summary

Campari Group Singapore, a leading player in the branded spirits industry, seeks a Finance professional to manage monthly close, statutory reporting, tax and FP&A for the Singapore entity. You will drive process improvements and coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate financial statements.

The role requires CA/CPA qualification or in progress, 5+ years in finance, and strong SAP experience.

Qualifications

• CA / CPA qualification or in progress.
• SAP or similar ERP experience essential.
• Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting.
• Audit and statutory reporting experience is a plus.
• Experience in liquor or beverages is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A and commercial finance roles.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP systems (ECC, BW, BPC) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close and group reporting with timely submissions.
• Prepare and review P&L and overhead reports with variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of postings across accounts and cost centers.
• Drive process improvements and documentation for reporting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations to maintain clean accounts.
• Coordinate annual financial statements with external partners.
• Manage quarterly tax calculations and year-end prep with KPMG.
• Support audit coordination and compliance across APAC entities.
• Consolidate monthly data for APAC entities in SAP and non-SAP.
• Act as regional contact for APAC data collection and frameworks.
• Support SBP/Budget processes and regional forecasts.
