Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations Partner to serve as the dedicated operations partner for the APAC Expansion business. You will work with APAC Expansion Sales leaders to understand performance, identify challenges, and drive resolutions with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance.

This hands-on role requires translating field insights into actionable plans, building operational rhythms, and shaping regional strategies that influence global programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related role within an enterprise technology environment.
• Experience partnering with Sales leaders in a field-facing capacity.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose operational challenges and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tools; ability to use data to understand performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational context, insights, and support for informed decision-making for APAC Expansion Sales leadership.
• Diagnose operational challenges and drive cross-functional resolution with field teams and stakeholders.
• Identify patterns to surface risks and opportunities and translate them into clear recommendations.
• Own issues through resolution and collaborate with Revenue Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance as needed.
• Establish and manage operational rhythms: business reviews, issue tracking, escalation, and field feedback mechanisms.
• Develop business cases for changes by evaluating impact and presenting recommendations.
• Prioritize field requests based on impact and enterprise priorities; escalate trade-offs as needed.
• Represent APAC Expansion in planning and policy development; communicate field insights to global programs.
