You will lead end-to-end searches for clients in Singapore and across APAC, build client portfolios, and mentor consultants to raise delivery standards while leveraging AI to sharpen research and candidate insights.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in executive search with full cycle ownership.
• Ability to build client trust and a regional portfolio across APAC.
• Willingness to structure and lead a growing practice with coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end search assignments for clients in Singapore and APAC.
• Build your client portfolio and handle mandates across regional teams.
• Bridge clients and candidates; map markets and deliver shortlisted profiles.
• Hire, onboard and coach Consultants up to Principal level to raise delivery standards.
• Utilize AI and sourcing tools to improve research, screening and insights.
• Represent Access People with clients at events and in industry forums.
