Qualifications

• 8–20 years of recruitment or corporate industry experience.
• Strong business acumen to develop strategies and drive execution.
• Ability to build genuine long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Passion and maturity to network with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Business development and establishing trusting partnerships with new clients in the APAC region.
• Understanding and advising on the resourcing needs of clients.
• Reading up on latest industry trends and providing market intelligence to clients.
• Managing the recruitment process with clients, including identifying candidates, interview feedback and offer negotiation.
• Identifying suitable candidates via networking, referrals and advertising.
• Supporting candidates during their interview process and maintaining regular contact about career aspirations.
