Job summary

Accenture is seeking an exceptional Executive Sourcing Manager to identify and engage senior leaders across Asia Pacific. Working with Executive Recruiters and business leaders, you will build talent pipelines for Partner-level roles and shape strategic search approaches.

You'll lead market intelligence, develop creative sourcing strategies, and coach recruiters on advanced search techniques while presenting insights to senior stakeholders across APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Executive search, leadership recruiting, or senior talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and research expertise, ideally within technology, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience engaging and influencing VP, Partner, and C-suite talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in cross-border Executive Recruitment (APAC- including ANZ, SEA, Japan, China) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive talent mapping and market intelligence initiatives across APAC.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage senior leadership talent.
• Build and manage diverse executive talent pipelines for critical leadership roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to influence talent strategies.
• Represent Accenture's brand to proactively headhunt passive talent and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Coach recruiters on advanced search techniques, research methodologies, and sourcing technology.
• Present market insights and research findings to senior stakeholders across diverse APAC markets.
