ACCESS PEOPLE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment / Practice Director for Executive Search & Talent Solutions. The role offers freedom to structure your practice, a strong earnings scheme, and AI-supported search tools across APAC markets.

You will lead end-to-end searches for clients in Singapore and across APAC, build client portfolios, and mentor consultants to raise delivery standards while leveraging AI to sharpen research and candidate insights.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and coach Consultants up to Principal level to raise delivery standards.
• Utilize AI and sourcing tools to improve research, screening and insights.
• Represent Access People with clients at events and in industry forums.

Recruitment / Practice Director – Executive Search & Talent Solutions

We have been running Access People since 2006, and we are ready for the modern area of smart recruitment. Our teams / colleagues are currently based in Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, Beijing and Hangzhou, searches in various industries across Asia Pacific, Middle east and Europe on both retained and contingency mandates.

As Recruitment Director, you have the freedom to structure your work in the way that suits you, a strong earnings scheme and a team that treats AI as part of the daily craft of search rather than a side experiment. If you can lead people also, we will support you to build a team around your practice.

If you wish, we will involve you in new search areas outside your focus areas and thus expand your comfort zone to include other industries, functions and locations. We have a proven track record on this!

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end search assignments for clients in Singapore and across APAC, from the initial brief through research, assessment and interview to offer and beyond
• Build your client portfolio while working on mandates referred by colleagues in Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, Beijing and Hangzhou
• Act as the bridge between client and candidate: read the brief accurately, map the market properly, and deliver a considered shortlist to timeline
• If relevant, hire, onboard, coach and develop Consultants through to Principal Consultant level, and help the team to a consistent delivery standard
• If you wish, use AI and modern sourcing tools across research, market mapping, screening and candidate insight, and help the wider team adopt what genuinely works
• Represent Access People with clients and at industry events in Singapore and the region
• Contribute to the quality of our service and to how we work internally, supporting colleagues on live assignments where it improves the client outcome

Requirements

• Successful in 360 degree recruitment from Recruitment consultancy / agency , and want to get to the next levels, including being awarded better for your good results.
• Credibility to build trust with clients, candidates and colleagues
• Strong on execution, organized and accountable, and consistent in taking a search process through to close
• Collaborative by instinct and comfortable sharing market information and opportunities across a regional team
• Practical and curious about applying smart AI to save time on recruitment projects, and interested in using AI tools to sharpen research, screening and client insight.
• Good communication skills, additional Asian language capability is advantageous for engaging clients and candidates across APAC
