Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Event Management, Project Management, Marketing, or Hospitality are desirable.
• 5-10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, corporate events, or related field.
• Experience supporting high-profile client engagement initiatives within multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC events strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Plan and deliver client engagement programs, leadership forums, and internal events across APAC.
• Lead executive visits and engagements with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Manage markets events including conferences, forums, and hospitality experiences, with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end event delivery: venue sourcing, contracts, production, catering, travel, registration, and on-site delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Security, and regional/global teams to ensure governance and cost efficiency.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance planning, targeting, reporting, and attendee engagement.
• Establish metrics, deliver post-event reporting, and contribute to playbooks and scalable processes.
