Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a seasoned events leader to shape and execute APAC regional events strategy, including executive visits and market-focused programs. You will partner with marketing, corporate services, and senior leaders to deliver high-impact experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Role requires 5–10 years in event management, strong vendor and budget skills, and proficiency with Cvent, ON24, Salesforce, and Workfront.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in event management or related field.
• Experience managing complex events across APAC, including client events and executive visits.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with senior leaders, manage sensitive logistics and shifting priorities.
• Experience in budget management, invoice processing, and vendor negotiations.
• Proficiency with event technology platforms such as Cvent, Salesforce, Workfront, ON24, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an APAC regional events strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Plan and execute Executive Visits across APAC with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee Markets-focused events, client conferences, and thought leadership programs.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, contracts, AV, catering, travel.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Security and Compliance teams.
• Monitor budgets, process invoices, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure events comply with brand, procurement, risk and governance standards.
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, targeting, content personalization, and reporting.
• Establish metrics and deliver post-event insights and ROI.
