Job summary

BNY in Singapore seeks a senior events leader to shape and execute regional APAC events strategy, focusing on markets events and executive visits. You will manage end-to-end delivery, partner with finance and compliance, and drive attendee engagement across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in events or related fields, strong PM skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience managing complex events across APAC including client events and executive visits.
• Strong understanding of Markets-related events and ability to support fast-paced programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills across multiple time zones.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing sensitive logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional APAC events strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead planning and execution of Executive Visits across APAC with stakeholders.
• Oversee development of Markets-focused events and client conferences.
• Manage end-to-end event planning, from venue sourcing to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications and other teams for governance.
• Manage budgets, invoices and vendor negotiations to ensure cost control.
