You will collaborate with commercial, marketing and external partners to execute on time and within budget, coordinating across markets and time zones. The role requires experience managing multiple events, budgets and vendor relationships, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in B2B event management (hosted and third‑party events).
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and third‑party relationships.
• Experience managing contracting, budgets, and approvals.
• Familiarity with event platforms (Cvent, ON24) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Events calendar planning, reporting and internal communications.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events from briefing to completion, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Act as liaison between internal and external partners (venues, suppliers, third‑party organisers, internal teams).
• Build and manage event campaigns across channels (website, Cvent, ON24, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn).
• Ensure all deliverables meet branding and compliance requirements.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder inputs and approvals for timely execution.
• Support on‑site event setup, attendee management and logistics.
