Qualifications

• Degree in events, business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of event planning and management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client event programs across Asia Pacific, from concept to delivery and post-event insights.
• Own briefs, research, proposals, venue sourcing, design, production, budget management and speaker management.
• Effectively manage external vendors and venues on all event-related matters.
• Own budget tracking and cost efficiency across programs.
• Maintain Events database with metrics, budgets and collateral.
