Job summary

Patsnap is seeking an Events & Marketing Specialist to support planning, execution and analysis of campaigns, events and community initiatives across Singapore and APAC. You will develop creative content, coordinate logistics for conferences, webinars and customer engagements, and work with partners to grow an engaged professional community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in marketing, events, communications or community engagement.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Provide pre- and post-event production support: invitations, speaker coordination and follow-up.
• Coordinate venues, catering, speakers, sponsors and materials.
• Track campaign and event performance and ROI.
