Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Manager based in Singapore to manage and grow its portfolio of digital goods and gaming merchants. You will protect and expand recurring revenue by strengthening relationships, increasing payment volume and product adoption across the gaming ecosystem.

You will act as a trusted payments advisor to merchants, platforms and strategic partners, collaborating with product, risk, legal, finance and regional teams to resolve issues and uncover opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in account management, sales or relationship management in payments/fintech/tech.
• Proven ability to manage large enterprise or strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of digital goods and gaming merchants, protecting and expanding recurring revenue.
• Resolve complex merchant payment, risk and operational issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop account strategies to identify retention, expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted payments advisor to merchants, platforms and strategic partners, including senior executives.
• Monitor and enhance business performance metrics such as payment volume, authorisation and conversion rates, product adoption.
