SYNAP TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Semiconductor Automation Sales Director to drive expansion in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

The role emphasizes identifying opportunities, gathering market intelligence, and influencing customer requirements with strong technical understanding of fab automation. You will bridge customer needs with the Sineva BU and R&D teams, lead strategic relationships, and push for long-term revenue growth across the APAC market.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to conduct executive-level discussions and negotiations.
• Experience in regional business development in Asia-Pacific and multicultural environments.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor factory automation and Industry 4.0 trends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue semiconductor automation opportunities in wafer fabs, advanced packaging, and assembly & test factories.
• Engage customers to uncover pain points, operational challenges, and automation requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into integrated automation and digitalization solutions.
