Job summary

Coens Energy Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Regional PMO Leader to oversee APAC project management across manufacturing, site delivery, commissioning and aftersales.

You will develop country PMOs, align engineering, supply chain, and service teams, and drive standardized delivery across diverse economies. You will manage budgets, risk, and stakeholder expectations while mentoring country leaders and project managers to achieve on-time, within-budget completion for data centers, utilities, renewables,

Qualifications

• Required: Degree in Electrical Engineering with substantial experience in electrical equipment, power systems or infrastructure projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage for leading multidisciplinary teams across countries.
• Typically 15+ years of senior project management or PMO leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement APAC project delivery model with clear responsibilities across countries.
• Lead, coach and assess local project managers; build capability in planning and delivery.
• Drive disciplined bid-to-execution handover with agreed scope, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, factories, procurement, logistics and country teams.
• Control budgets, forecasts and variations with finance and commercial teams; ensure invoicing milestones.
