Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Project Manager APAC to lead site enablement and capex delivery across its APAC data centre portfolio. You will manage construction works, coordinate contractors and consultants, ensure EHS compliance, and maintain governance reporting with strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Network, Security, and Operations.

The role requires 5–10+ years in PMO management for large-scale data centre projects across APAC, with a proven track record in governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field.
• PMO governance and project management frameworks experience.
• PMP/Prince2/CSM certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a PMO governance framework across Data Centre programs.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale APAC Data Centre projects.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and milestones to senior stakeholders.
• Manage design consultants and contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and vendor performance to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate multi-country project intake, prioritization, and expenditure tracking.
• Manage procurement lifecycle from tender to contract award in line with policy.
• Oversee contract variations, EOTs, and progress claims with QS/Legal teams.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and safety compliance.
• Travel to APAC sites for reviews and field engineer coordination.
