APAC Regional Project Director — HRMS & Payroll Implementations

Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Regional Project Delivery Leader to co‑pilot complex client implementations across Asia Pacific. You will own end-to-end delivery from kick-off to steady-state operations, manage multi-country projects, and lead a cross-border team of PMs and consultants.

You will engage senior stakeholders, collaborate with Sales and Product teams, and drive governance, reporting, and KPI dashboards. Willingness to travel within APAC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field.
• Formal project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
• 10+ years of project or implementation experience, including 5+ years leading multi-country projects.
• Experience in payroll technology, HR SaaS, EOR, or enterprise software environments preferred.
• Proven track record delivering HRMS, payroll, or ERP implementations across APAC.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes with cross-border compliance knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership of geographically distributed teams and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of regional client implementation projects across Asia Pacific.
• Manage a portfolio of multi-country implementations with scope, timelines, budget, and risk oversight.
• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-border team of project managers and consultants.
• Escalate and influence senior client stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering and Service Delivery for smooth transitions.
• Strengthen project governance, templates, and tooling with regular portfolio reporting.
• Support Pre-Sales on complex deals and contribute to implementation strategy.
• Transition plan execution with incumbent Project Director to assume portfolio ownership.
