Job summary

CHINT APAC is seeking a regional PMO leader to oversee the project management function from order handover through manufacturing, delivery, site works, commissioning and aftersales. You will build country PMOs, align with engineering, supply chain and service teams to deliver contracted scope.

The role spans data centres, utilities, renewables, industrial and infrastructure projects, including switchgear, transformers, substations and modular electrical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in senior PMO leadership across multiple countries.
• Experience delivering electrical equipment, power systems or integrated infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial judgement in project financials, contracts, variations, claims.
• Ability to build and coach teams and implement regional delivery standards.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC PMO and develop regional delivery model.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from bid to handover.
• Coordinate across engineering, factories, procurement, logistics and country teams.
• Control budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and margins.
• Lead EHS and quality performance.
• Drive aftersales and continuous improvement.
