Qualifikationen

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Desktop, Laptop and Thin Client.
• Expertise in Windows 11, iGel, iOS, iPadOS for installation and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of network configuration, TCP/IP, Firewall and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Understand data loss protection, encryption and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong communication skills, ability to simplify technical terms for customers.
• Familiarity with virtual machines.

Aufgaben

• Supports day-to-day restoration of incidents and work orders for hardware and software.
• Resolves incidents and problems following service management processes.
• Interfaces between end users and third-party hardware vendors.
• Collaborates with desktop engineering, product managers and app support teams.
• Investigates complex technology incidents to diagnose root causes.
• Reviews 12–18 month End-of-Support device inventory in APAC for replacements.
• Coordinates with PATS contacts across APAC countries on inventories and remediation.
• Engages COOs on refresh requirements and funding approvals for endpoints.
• Maintains end-to-end tracking of EOL remediation from inventory to decommissioning.
• Provides clear status updates to stakeholders and flags delays or dependencies.
