Mizuho Bank Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced Data Platform & Enterprise Architecture Leader to define and execute the APAC data strategy, aligning with global priorities and local requirements.

You will architect scalable, secure data platforms, drive modernization of legacy systems, govern architecture standards, and lead delivery across regional teams, while collaborating with Japan Head Office and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering in strong engineering teams.
• Expertise in data/solution architecture and modernization programs.
• Experience with cloud adoption and large-scale, integrated solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across APAC and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute APAC data platform architecture strategy.
• Architect scalable data platforms with security and interoperability.
• Lead delivery oversight for regional data platform initiatives.
• Govern architecture principles, standards, and governance; align with Japan/global teams.
• Promote engineering excellence with CI/CD and security testing.
• Design for reliability, observability, and compliance across platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
