DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, build, and governance of enterprise data platforms supporting Commercial & Corporate Banking, with a strong focus on AML, financial crime, and regulatory data.

The role spans multiple APAC markets and requires a hands-on architect who can drive end-to-end delivery from greenfield builds to production. You will design data lakehouse architectures on cloud platforms, oversee data pipelines and metadata, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data roles.
• Strong exposure to Commercial / Corporate Banking and AML / Financial Crime data domains.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stream data programs.
• Experience working in regional APAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Data Lakehouse solutions on cloud platforms.
• Lead end-to-end data platform delivery from greenfield to production.
• Oversee data engineering pipelines, orchestration, quality, lineage.
• Support integration of AI/ML tools into the data platform.
• Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with analytics for AML monitoring and BI.
• Travel quarterly or less across APAC.
