Qualifications

8+ years of Application Service delivery / development experience.
Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect in banking domain.
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
Plus: Cloud platform experience.
Plus: Certified Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable solutions addressing complex business challenges, defining architectural alignment with goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to ensure innovative, efficient, future-proof solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
Participate in code and design reviews to maintain architectural integrity.
Design end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Evaluate technologies and frameworks to meet project needs; stay current with trends.
Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate to architecture blueprints and docs.
Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and integration issues.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
