Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, build, and governance of enterprise data platforms for Commercial & Corporate Banking with a strong AML focus. The role spans multiple APAC markets and requires hands-on delivery from greenfield builds to operations.

The Ideal candidate brings 10+ years in data architecture and banking data domains, with proven success delivering large-scale data programs across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data roles.
• Strong exposure to Commercial / Corporate Banking and AML / Financial Crime data domains.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stream data programs.
• Experience working in regional APAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Data Lakehouse solutions on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Design end-to-end data ecosystems covering ingestion, storage, modelling, analytics, and governance.
• Define data standards, blueprints, and reference architectures across the organisation.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data environments aligned to banking and AML requirements.
• Lead ground-up platform builds and oversee data engineering streams (pipelines, orchestration, quality, lineage).
• Partner with analytics teams to support BI, reporting, AML monitoring, and regulatory use cases.
