Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, build, and governance of enterprise data platforms across APAC markets, with AML and regulatory data focus.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from greenfield builds to operationalisation, including cloud data lakehouse implementations and governance frameworks. The role requires hands-on architecture, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to operate across multi-country environments with quarterly

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data roles.
• Strong exposure to Commercial / Corporate Banking and AML data domains.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stream data programs.
• Experience working in regional APAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Data Lakehouse solutions on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Design end-to-end data ecosystems covering ingestion, storage, modelling, analytics, and governance.
• Lead ground-up platform builds, taking projects from concept to production.
• Oversee data engineering streams, including pipelines, orchestration, quality, lineage, and metadata.
• Support integration of AI/ML tools into the data platform.
• Communicate effectively with business, technology, and regional leadership.
