Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, build, and governance of enterprise data platforms for Commercial & Corporate Banking with a strong AML data focus. The role spans APAC markets and requires a hands-on architect driving end-to-end delivery from greenfield builds to operationalisation.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in data architecture or related roles, deep expertise in data lakehouse architectures, cloud platforms, and data governance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data roles.
• Strong exposure to Commercial / Corporate Banking and AML / Financial Crime data domains.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stream data programs.
• Experience working in regional APAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Data Lakehouse solutions on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Oversee data engineering streams: pipelines, orchestration, quality, lineage, and metadata.
• Support integration of AI/ML tools into the data platform.
• Partner with analytics to ensure data models support BI, AML monitoring, and regulatory use cases.
• Implement data governance, stewardship, and quality controls.
• Travel across APAC markets and coordinate across multiple project streams.
