Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is partnering with a top-tier global construction consultancy to recruit a Project Director in Singapore. You will oversee data centre and mission-critical projects, coordinating cross-border teams and managing complex stakeholders.

The role demands 12–15+ years in construction leadership, deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, and strong contract and procurement leadership to ensure on-time delivery and profitability across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, MRICS, CDCP) are highly desirable.
• 12–15+ years of total construction leadership experience in Data Centre, hyperscale, or mission-critical facilities within Singapore or APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead hyperscale and enterprise Data Centre developments from inception to closeout with strong schedule oversight.
• Drive commercial strategy, tender forecasting, value engineering, and vendor negotiations to safeguard profitability.
• Serve as senior liaison for clients, contractors, consultants and regional stakeholders across APAC.
