Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking a Data Center Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end commercial activities for APAC data centers. You will gather market options, assess resources, devise strategies and secure capacity to meet business demand.

Working with legal, tax, finance and GR, you will provide commercial aircover for timely delivery, optimize rightsizing and inform senior management with thorough analyses. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the field.
• Experience in industrial/commercial land development.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: prior experience in data centre industry.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate market options for data center capacity.
• Conduct investigations on key resources and devise acquisition strategies.
• Secure data center capacities to meet business demand.
• Provide commercial aircover to the delivery team for timely capacity release.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, finance, and GR for informed recommendations.
