Job summary
SM2 Consulting seeks a Director / Global Solution Architect to lead cooling solutions for data centres across the APAC region, partnering with cloud and service-provider customers.
The role spans strategy, product direction, business development, and technical solutioning with hyperscale and colocation clients, with regional and global travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 15–20+ years in thermal engineering/cooling/HVAC, ideally at a large multinational.
- Track record spanning product management, GM, and business development roles, with P&L ownership.
- Direct experience engaging cloud/service provider and colocation customers.
- Willingness to travel regionally/globally.

About the Role
We're looking for a senior solution architecture leader to drive cooling and thermal management strategy for cloud and service provider clients in the data centre segment — spanning product strategy, business development, and technical solutioning with hyperscale and colocation customers.
