Job summary

CFGI is expanding its Data & AI practice across Asia-Pacific and seeks a hands-on Manager to lead client engagements, build senior relationships, and originate new business in Japan and India.

You will guide data pipelines, analytics, AI governance, and production solutions while partnering with CFOs, CTOs, and senior leaders to deliver measurable value and scalable outcomes across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, analytics, or AI-related disciplines.
• Experience leading Data & AI, analytics, automation, or data-engineering workstreams across engagements.
• Proven ability to build relationships with Japan or India markets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Data & AI engagements for clients across APAC, including Japan and India.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities with CFOs, CTOs, and senior executives.
• Co-lead pursuits with CFGI leadership, shaping client problems, solutions, proposals, and presentations.
• Own day-to-day client relationships, run sessions, and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Embed responsible AI, data governance, and regulatory considerations into client solutions.
