Job summary

We+ Asia, in partnership with PhoenixDX, is expanding its delivery capability in APAC and seeking a delivery professional who can shape solutions and own end-to-end delivery across client engagements. This dual-brand role blends staffing and consulting with fixed-price AI/delivery expertise, sitting at the crossroads of pre-sales, data & AI advisory, and project execution.

You will work with CTOs and senior sponsors, translate challenges into delivery plans, and guide data platform and AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years across software delivery, data/AI programme management, consulting, or digital transformation — owning projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience across the full delivery lifecycle on data or AI projects: discovery, scoping, build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Genuine data and AI fluency — understand data pipelines, cloud platforms, ML deployment, and platform choices.
• Comfortable in pre-sales: shaping solutions, writing proposals, presenting to senior stakeholders, and contributing to commercial conversations.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at a senior level and earn trust through competence and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design workshops and translate client challenges into scoped, costed delivery proposals.
• Define engagement models (fixed price, T&M, co-delivery, managed services) and structure commercially.
• Build SOWs, delivery plans, and governance frameworks tailored to each client.
• Advise clients on data architecture, AI use-case prioritization, and platform selection.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams and ensure architectural quality in data and AI projects.
• Translate complex data topics into clear business communication for senior stakeholders.
