Job summary

PitchBook, a Morningstar company, is seeking a Director, APAC Customer Support to lead the regional team and drive efficiency in service delivery. You will shape strategy, coach managers, and ensure high‑quality client support across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of professional management or team lead experience, ideally in Customer Support or Operations.
• Must be authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Support Managers in APAC to achieve global SLA goals.
• Provide coaching and career development for team members.
• Maintain regular 1:1s to review performance and growth.
• Partner with Global Director to develop APAC support strategy.
• Set hiring strategy for APAC region.
• Design onboarding and trainings with People Development.
• Coordinate APAC regional schedule for business hours coverage.
• Escalate and resolve client issues through direct reports.
