Job summary

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Payment Delivery Manager to lead large-scale cross-border payment initiatives across the APAC region. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end programme delivery, and ensure projects are on time and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS/Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years delivering enterprise technology programmes in banking/financial services.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country payment or core banking transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments and payment processing platforms.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across APAC.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills.
• Understanding of banking regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Lead delivery of regional payment transformation initiatives across APAC markets.
• Develop and execute delivery plans aligning with objectives, timelines and quality standards.
