Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks an experienced IT Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Singapore to lead large-scale Payments and Cash Management technology transformations across APAC.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with business, technology, regional and global stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality standards across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale payments or cash-management IT projects.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and external service providers.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the IT delivery roadmap, from initiation through implementation.
• Control project timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and deliverables across workstreams.
• Track expenditure against budgets and flag deviations.
• Coordinate resources across development teams (onsite/oversight) and external vendors.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies; drive resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors and development teams to address defects and improve delivery quality.
• Support budget planning, tracking and reporting for programmes and projects.
• Prepare updates and reports for senior management and steering committees.
• Manage communications with business and technology stakeholders; escalate critical issues.
• Ensure governance, risk and project management frameworks are followed.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with technology and production support teams.
• Assist effective resource and capacity planning across concurrent projects.
