Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Regional CRM Program Manager to drive a multi-year CRM transformation across APAC. You will establish and operate the APAC PMO, govern programs, and coordinate between global, regional, and local teams to harmonize CRM processes and adoption of a global CRM platform.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management, strong stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, and experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing regional or global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders.
• Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the APAC PMO function for the CRM transformation program.
• Drive program governance, steering committee prep, status reporting, and exec communications.
• Coordinate activities across global, regional, and country stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and align regional business processes.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Define and manage project cadence, operating rhythms, and reporting standards.
• Support planning, rollout, and adoption across APAC markets.
• Ensure consistency between global CRM standards and regional needs.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams during delivery.
• Maintain program documentation and provide regular leadership updates.
