Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) seeks a Commercial Manager, APAC to drive regional growth, partnerships, and performance across Asia-Pacific. You will shape strategies, build key customer and partner relationships, and lead commercial negotiations to align DPI solutions with market needs.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver regional objectives and ensure compliance with group policies and regional regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Proficiency in commercial analysis, CRM systems, and business reporting tools.
• Proven experience in commercial management, business development, strategic planning, or a related commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across APAC.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and strategic partnerships.
• Support development of regional business plans and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers, ensuring alignment between customer needs and DPI solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions where required.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Analyse commercial performance metrics and recommend improvements to business outcomes.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and regional reporting activities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver regional objectives.
