You will lead regional commercial strategies, oversee forecasting and pipeline management, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, and Leadership to deliver regional objectives.

We are seeking a Commercial Manager, APAC, to join our team. This role drives commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and business performance across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role will identify and develop market opportunities, strengthen customer and partner relationships, support regional growth initiatives, and deliver commercial strategies aligned with DPI’s business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across APAC.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and strategic partnerships.
• Support the development of regional business plans and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers, ensuring alignment between customer needs and DPI solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions where required.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision‐making.
• Analyse commercial performance metrics and recommend improvements to business outcomes.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and regional reporting activities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver regional objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to the successful execution of strategic projects across the APAC region.
• Track and report on key commercial KPIs and growth targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and regional regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise commercial processes and customer engagement.
• Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties.
• Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in commercial analysis, CRM systems, and business reporting tools.
• Proven experience in commercial management, business development, strategic planning, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of APAC markets, customers, and business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within the APAC region.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organisation.
